Individualized Exercise Program Design

Have you found yourself not knowing what to do at the gym or during your home workouts? Have you lost your drive because you feel like there’s no one to help keep you accountable?

Well, we’ve all been there and that’s where our Individualized Exercise Program design can help! Programming is available for clients of all ages and all fitness levels.

Coaching includes:

  • Consultation to discuss exercise experience, outline/set goals and to discuss any injuries and limitations.
  • 2-6 workouts per week delivered to you via the TrueCoach app (available on any device).
  • Easy to understand workout descriptions.
  • Video demos of all movements.
  • Ability to record yourself and upload videos for coaches to review form and mechanics and to provide feedback.

Mindfulness and Breathwork

Mindfulness practice is a way to cultivate your capacity for compassion for others, as well as to care for yourself in times of stress. Remote sessions allow you to stay connected with colleagues, family, or friends, while remaining socially distanced.

Sessions are designed to meet your/your teams’ needs. A typical session is 30 minutes long and includes:

  • Introduction: an explanation of the day’s method and what you might expect to get out of the session.
  • Breathwork and body awareness: guided breathing exercises and/or awareness practices to help you be in the moment without judgment and without distractions.
  • Guided meditation: sessions vary on techniques and styles but could include a focus on a thought for the day, such as gratitude for a time you were able to help others, or help you visualize how you’ll approach an upcoming conflict with compassion and serenity.
  • Discussion: an opportunity for the group to learn from each other’s experiences during the session.
